Welcome to the Indiana Long-Term Care (IN LTC) web portal, operated by Myers and Stauffer, LC!

If you are an existing IN LTC web portal user who has previously activated their Single Sign On (SSO) credentials, please click on the green “Login” button and enter your SSO credentials to access the IN LTC web portal.

If you have recently activated SSO credentials for one of Myers and Stauffer’s other portals, you can simply sign on to the IN LTC web portal with your existing SSO credentials.

If you are a user who has not yet signed up or activated with the IN LTC web portal, please reach out to the IN LTC mailbox at LTCdept@mslc.com to request access.  

Please note, after consecutive failed login attempts, your account will automatically lock for 60 minutes. Once unlocked, your password will need to be reset by clicking the green “Login” button on the IN LTC web portal page at https://inltcdeptexchange.mslc.com/, then enter your email address and then please click on the “Forgot Password” link at the SSO login screen.

It should also be noted that SSO credentials will expire after 90 days and need to be reset.
